HOMEGROWN

Rooted in Tradition, Cultivated for Tomorrow

At Nanuanchun Farm , everything we produce is grown with a profound connection to the land we call home. This farm, where I spent my childhood, is much more than soil and crops—it’s where wisdom has been passed down for generations, and it’s the place that shapes our approach to agriculture and craftsmanship today.

From traditional rice cultivation to crafting unique sato, our journey is deeply inspired by local knowledge and skills, honoring techniques my grandparents, Nuan and Chan, shared with us. These aren’t just methods; they’re living traditions, reinterpreted with a modern approach. We use organic, homegrown rice varieties not just to sustain our land but to enrich the flavors of each product, creating something truly unique that speaks to the essence of our region.

This is what homegrown means to us: building a future that respects the past, blending innovation with the teachings of those before us. With every grain we grow, every bottle we fill, and every meal we inspire, we aim to share the richness of our homeland with the world.

Sato for Today, Rooted in Tradition

“Sato, a traditional Thai rice wine, crafted from local rice varieties and authentic Isan yeast. Meticulously produced by the hands and hearts of our family in a small brewery located alongside organic rice fields.”
